Dr. Judy Mandrell is the proud wife  of  the  visionary,  anointed  teacher  and  pastor,  Superintendent Gerald Mandrell since October 17, 1981. Their daughter Brittany, preceded them in death, July 4, 1988. She is  the  proud  daughter of District Missionary Irma Hunter Wesley and the late Brother Sylvester Wesley, Sr. She is a 1981 graduate of the illustrious Florida A & M University, with a Bachelor of Social Work degree. She received a Doctorate of Christian Education from Clarity International Christian University in 2015.

Dr. Judy Mandrell has held so many positions  in  the  church arena  and  secular  arena.  Currently she is the Host of her own Radio show “REAL TALK WITH JUDY” on Heaven 98.3 FM with a large listening audience locally, statewide and nationally. She is the Founder and Director of Dream Builders Greatness Center Leaders and Navigators Academy, which is a training and  empowerment institute for adults 18 and older. She is the Founder, Owner and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dream Builders Greatness Center Inc., which encompasses the Dream Builders Greatness Child Development Center, LLC and the Dream Builders Greatness Youth Leadership Summer Camp and Afterschool Program which provides academic and leadership development to children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old; and the Dream Builders Leadership Dream  Team  “NAVIGATORS AND INNOVATORS” which is the training and empowerment team of Dream Builders Greatness Center. She is the Chief Visionary of JRM Ministries. She serves faithfully and wholeheartedly as Co-Pastor by her husband’s side in the ministry of Life Changers Church of God In Christ, Inc., in the following: Women’s Department Director, Adult Women’s Sunday  School  Teacher, Director of Life Changers  Ministry  Leaders,  and  Community  Liaison.  She  serves  Kingdom Builders District of Western Florida Second Jurisdiction in Tallahassee, Florida as District Missionary. She served in Western Florida Jurisdiction under the leadership of Bishop Willie J. Matheney and Supervisor of Women, Mother  Ruby  D.  Williams as Director of  the  young women 49 & under, and as President of the Jurisdictional Music Department. She is a National Evangelist in the Church of God in Christ and the Regional Elect Lady of Region 13 (Florida and Alabama) for the National Department of Evangelism. She previously served as the Interim State Supervisor of Northwest Florida Jurisdiction; and is an Assistant State Supervisor without charge. She previously served as the following: Co-host of the weekly Radio Show “Pastors Roundtable” on Heaven 98.3 FM/1410 AM in Tallahassee, FL; Tallahassee Community Leadership Prayer Coordinator for  the Mayor’s Neighborhood Watch Initiative, during which she organized 6 months of 6:00am prayer for over 50 churches from various denominations and faith with hundreds participating; Board of Directors member for PACE Center School for Girls Leon; and in many more former capacities. Dr. Judy loves serving people in all walks of life.

Dr. Mandrell has received many honors and accolades for her service. STATIONS; The “FEMALE PASTOR OF THE YEAR” by Shady Grove Primitive Baptist Church of Tallahassee, FL and the City of Tallahassee, FL; and The “UNSUNG HERO” in the National Church of God in Christ.
